“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.”
― Albert Einstein
Curiosity...
Curiosity expands the boundaries of our thinking about ideas, things and people…whether onsite or online. Having a curious mindset, as a leader, enables the ability to create a space for possibility, to think outside the ‘proverbial’ box, build an environment that accepts mistakes as learning experiences and is a model for the next generation of leaders.
Curiosity…especially through asking questions…also helps others to tell their story. If we are curious about one another’s experience versus judgmental, it enables richer relationships because once you bear witness to someone’s story…you can never go back to your preconceived notions of them.
The intentional dialogue methods I’ve adopted enables us to stimulate our curiosity muscle through questions, challenge our assumptions from an inquiring framework and encourages a waltz with possibility.
Does this resonate with you? The practice of creating environments that enable learning together is one of our super powers! If you and your leadership team are ready to step in and have a desire to transform your teams and your environments… let’s talk about how I can help you lead your organization in a collaborative, empowering, co-creative way toward an impactful purpose-inspired outcome!
